I was walking around the Trade District minding my own business and poof I was summoned to Scarlet Monastry. I was a bit surprised. I was in a group with Sweed, Evanessence, TheoGoth and Nismomuse. We were in SM for quite a long time, we completed the armoury, the graveyard and the cathedral! It's offical that I have seen and done all of SM now. I doubt I will be going back in again as I only got a handful of XP points from the main boss right at the end of the monastry - but it interesting to see SM one last time ;)
After we finished Sweed and I HS to SW. Sweed went to eat but I travelled to Kalimdor and onto Marshall's Refuge in Un'Goro Crater. I went to collect the sprouts for the Kodo quest. I gathered 15 sprouts and gave the to the Kodo for a meal - Booooo No XP! I got a piece of cheese and a bottle of mana as a reward!
All that acid rain, it's certainly caused a problem in Un'Goro Crater ;)
I flew to Gadgetzan and met Sweed and we rode to DuneMaul Compound to look for a wandering ogre. We found him and killed him but he did not have the item that Sweed heard rumoured that he carried! We flew to Ratchet and took a boat to Booty Bay in STV.
Sweed and I went over to the beach to the south to try to storm Captain Still Water's ship again! When we got there we helped out a hapless mage who was being chased by a load of pirates. We joined with him and started to battle through the ship to get to Captain StillWater. It was easier than last time and we managed to kill the Captain with little difficulties and to secure the whole ship. Sweed and I picked up important scrolls that have a riddle on them to solve that will lead to a useful quest later :) We still had to clear the other two ships and kill the captains, we bumped into two mages on the deck of the boat when we came out. We helped them to get the scrolls for themselves and then all five of us worked to clear the remaining two pirate ships and succeeded easily!
After we had finished Sweed and I managed to persuade them to accompany us to kill the huge gorilla King Mukla. We had to fight past a few panthers to get there but we did. I asked the priset 'TheLight' to focus healing on me and then we charged at the gorilla. It was extremely tough going but we managed to finally kill the massive beast - what a challenge!
That's one big ape ;)
After we finished Mukla we all rode around the coast and attacked the monster Gorlash to recover Captain Smotts chest that he had stolen! After we got the chest the group disbanded and Sweed and I went to release Princess Poobah using the key that we captured from the falled Mukla ;)
After we returned to Booty Bay we met up with a warlock called Nakrah and we went to kill ogres in the North East of STV. We were looking for a key that had been stolen by the ogres, but with several hundred ogres in the area and not knowing which one had the key we knew it might take awhile. It was lucky that we stumbled upon the key quite early.
We decided to fly to Darnassus to give in some quests. Sweed gave in a quest then went to sleep. I HS to SW and went to sleep very soon after I gave in my seed cultivation quest :)
