Day 69: 29_04_07

I thought that I would start questing with quite a big quest today! It was my latest warrior quest given by the Fallen Hero of the Horde in the Swamp of Sorrows - War on the ShadowSworn. I had to go into the Blasted lands and kill 50 baddies which looked like it would be no easy task! It took a long time as I couldnt just rush into their camps but pick them off one by one when they strayed out to make patrols. I accidentally tackled a strange character who was different from the others, during the fight he cast some kind of magical shield on himself and he just wouldn't die!!! I kept hacking away but then I evenly had to run and use my magical nifty stopwatch trinket to get away! I will have to keep my eye out any more of those around! I went back to the Horde guy after 50 of the enemy had been dispatched and completed my quest! Of course there is always another to be done but that will be for later ;)

PaulDavid sent a pidgeon messager asking me to meet him at Morgan's Vigil in the Burning Steppes, I flew there intrigued to find out what he wanted. PaulD and Archimedes were going into a place called BlackRock Depths in the Searing Gorge and wondered if I wanted to come too.

I agreed and rode behind PaulD and Archimedes until we got there. It was a huge place which seemed to have a mixture of architecture from IronForge and Gnomeragan (including of those annoying green gnomes that make stupid noises!)

I marvelled at the place as it was huge and looked very interesting. It was very hard inside though and we came across so many enemies. Archimedes had a full time job trying to keep me alive and I did die numerous times. In the end we got mobbed by about 20 drunken weapon whielding dwarves and that was the end. We HS to SW and I went to sleep -_- ZZZZZzzzzz

Day 68: 28_04_07

I woke up in the Guilded Rose. I wondered why I felt to tired and bruised and then I rememberd the hours in Mauradon! I struggled down the staircase and had some Alterac Swiss! It was tasty and kindda crumbly with that trademark buttery texture ;) I went to the bank, the AH and the sellers! I went to repair my weapons and armour and got a shock at how badly they had been damaged in Mauradon, 3 gold and 40 silver for repairs! Whoa! I havn't had may weapons and armour that badly damaged since I was around level 30!

I flew to the Western Plaguelands (which probably wasn't the wisest or the easiest choice I could have made) and tried to ride into the Eastern plaguelands to look for a missing woman called Pamela in DarrowShire. I tried to get there but it was too hard and I had to turn back!

Instead I flew to Nijel's Point in Desolace to give in a quest that I completed in Mauradon and then I flew to Moonglade and rode to NightHavan to give in another quest (and get some elf rep! I gonna get me a tiger mount one day!) I flew to FeatherMoon Stronghold and then used the boat to cross over to the mainland. I rode south and tried to find a way into Silithus but I couldn't.

I HS to SW and worked on some Alchemy skills. I was pleased that I won some good auctions today and also that I sold some good items through the AH so that was better than I usually do and no one usually buys any of my goods! :(

Day 67: 27_04_07

I woke up in FeatherMoon Stronghold! Boy aren't those elf beds hard, its like I was sleeping on a plank of wood! Maybe that is why they are so wierd! ;) I flew to Un' Goro. I had been tasked to go to the volcano in the centre of Un'Goro to kill Fire Elementals (lvl 53/54) which turned out to be easier than expected ;) Well, something has to be easy every once in a while. After turning in the quest at Marshall's refuge I flew to Gadgetzan.

I heard a rumour in Gadgetzan that some crazy guy was trying to kill Dune Smashers all on his own over by the entrance to Uldum. I rode over to see what all the locals were gossiping about!
It was Mosse from the guild hacking and slashing away at the rock monsters like a crazy guy! I set about helping him out and we made short work of the Dune Smashers. Mosse wanted to put his discs from Uldaman into the Uldam entrance receptor but like me he had not luck getting in as he needed other discs from somewhere, perhaps Iron Forge!

I flew to Ratchet to give in a quest and also to Darnassus for the same purpose! I HS to SW and met Sweed. We heard of an opportunity of a group looking for people to join for questing in Mauradon! I still had three quests in Mauradon so I it was a good chance to complete them! Sweed and I were summoned to Mauradon and joined the rest of the group there, Rolyma and Irishfin (from the Exiles) and also Hanlika (who was a little grumpy - perhaps cos of those hard beds!)

Soon the group had helped me to complete one quests to heal some vines that were having difficulty in the underground complex. We also came upon Noxxion and killed him also. He was pretty tough as after we killed him once he came back to life and we had to beat him over again! I think that I probably havn't seen the last of Noxxion! I managed to get the rod I needed from Noxxion and joined it together with the diamond to make the rod I needed for another quest but I didn't get the opportunity to talk with Celebras the Cursed again :(

Sweed left the group and Mwihaki was summoned in! We kept on fighting through Mauradon. The big thing that everyone wanted to do was to kill Princess inside Mauradon. We got lost and wandered around killing monsters for hours. Unfortunately the party got seperated as we searched and three of us were killed by a patrol. When back to life we couldn't fight our way back to Hanlika and Mwihaki, who then died trying to get to Princess. We all died and met up at the spirit healer and ressurected. It was time to HS to SW to sleep! It was very late :(

Day 66: 26_04_07

Today I had a busy time in the Sunken Temple in the Swamp of Sorrows, my second time into the temple in three days! The day before yesterday was only the second time I had been in there and so I have a better idea of what to expect, the place can be a little tough! I was in a group with Sweed, Inos, Ostatnidon and Draeneistron, which seemed like a good group. We accomplished pretty much the same as we did the previous night although it was certainly much tougher without Treowe and Mwihaki along! We managed to kill the Prophet Jammal again, who seemed to have been ressurected with some crazy voodoo magic!

After the trip to the temple everyone went there seperate ways and I travelled to the Barrens to visit with some tauren warlocks who were camped on the beach south of Ratchet. I completed a quest there and flew to Felwood and rode to the south into the Emerald Sanctuary to five in another quest to the taurens there. I think that I have become a messenger again :(

I flew into Everlook in Winterspring and I tried to complete a quest there to rescue a person from a camp surrounded by aged owl beasts! It was too hard and I got beaten back repeatedly. I will have to try it again later!

I flew to FeatherMoon Stronghold in Feralas to give in some Morrowgrain (they love it there!) and then I went to sleep straight away! It had been a very long day!

Day 65: 25_04_07

I woke up in the Hinterlands,I was too tired to fly back last night. I flew to MH harbour and began the trip to Un'Goro to meet Sweed. I had completed all the quests in Un'Goro so I was going to help Sweed to start work on the 10 or so quests he still had there.

I helped him to work on Larkorwi, collecting Dino Bones, killing the flying dinos and also helping Ringo to safety (who stupidly had gone back to the volcano and got lost again! He is really a sickly fellow and fainted so many times - Sweed got so tired of all the fainting that he gave Ringo a good slapping! I thought that he had killed him but it turned out that he had just passed out again! Sweed was really glad to get him off his hands).

I had gathered three more sprouts while we had been out questing and there was one final quest that I saw that I hadn't given in so I gave it to the guy in Marshalls Refuge. He grew some baby plant monsters and they ran off to cause a pesky nuisance. I saw that there was a dwarf trying to kill the sweet little babies so I attacked the dwarf and finished him off - at least the baby plants are safe now!

Day 64: 24_04_07

All my questing today was in the Sunken Temple - The Temple of Atal Hakkar in the Swamp of Sorrows. A group formed of Myself, Sweed, Borke, Treowe and Mwihaki :) It looked like it was a great group and so I was looking forward to seeing more of the Sunken Temple.

Inside the temple we met Camillo who was with another group, he tried to show us the entrance to the main part of the temple about after a lot of fighting his group got ahead and we didnt see him again.

Inside the temple was so huge and cavernous. There were all sorted of monsters. We fought along until we reached the first boss and beat him quite easily. I completed one of my quests on the way to the boss. He was called Atal'Alarion a lvl 50 elite with two lvl 47 guards.

We also worked hard to fight our way to and find the Prophet of Jammal'an. We got there after quite some time and managed to kill him for his head. Once we all had his head we all HS to SW. It had been a fun trip to Sunken Temple with a few scary moments. It looks so big and interesting and I am sure that I will be back there soon!

I spent some time in the AH and the bank. I bought some new 16 slot netherweave bags so that I have more space to carry stuff! I flew to the Eastern Plaguelands as I would have liked to have worked on a quest in DarrowShire but I couldn't get to it as the monsters were too strong :( I flew to MH and then travelled to North Felwood.

I wanted to do the quest, "The Forces of Jaedaner". I had to kill many baddies there and then hand in the quest in the south of Felwood. I was then sent back into Jaedaner to collect a sample of the water in the fountain there near the buildings. There were a lot of demon hounds and guardians and so it was relatively slow going.

Ding Ding Ding Level 54. Fantastic news now I can use my new Sword that I bought from Camillo! It is a very evil and dangerous looking sword and much stronger than my old sword.

I met Sweed in Felwood and send I would help him get through the bear tunnel in order to get the flight path in Everlook in Winterspring. We bumped into Borke outside the tunnel and he said that he would like to come too. In the tunnel we ran into a dwarf, called Mongolian, that appeared to be in trouble with the bears. He joined us and we all easily got through the tunnel into Winterspring in a very short time. We travelled to Winterspring and Borke left to look for feathers.

Sweed and I flew to Un'Goro as Sweed wanted to do 'Slithering Scar' and get the sample of pollen from the hive walls in the Gorishi lair. It was much easier to do with Sweed along and we completed it in a very short time - hooray!

Day 62: 22_04_07

Mini Lennard and his ickle wickle horsie! I had to resist the urge to make him a lunch box!

I flew to Western Plaguelands to the small Alliance camp, I had a few quests to give in there. I bumped into Woodster. He said he would show my the way to the flight path in the Eastern Plaguelands but that it would be very dangerous to get there! I didnt really believe him but it certainly was. We rode fast and tried not to be noticed by any of the baddies, we got there quite fast but it was a worrying trip, we had to fight a lvl 59 ghost which was pretty scary Woooo Wooooo! As soon as I got to the Eastern Plaguelands I flew to the Hinterlands.

I met Sweed and we spent some time grinding the oozes and various animals that populate the eastern hinterlands. We were waiting for Lennard who was travelling from the Desolace to meet us. We were going to try to 'Save Sharpbeak'. Sharpbeak is a baby gryphon that has been kidnapped by the trolls and imprisoned. We saw him before but did not have the key to release him. This time were decided to fight out way back in and make sure to set Sharpbeak free :)

The troll city in the Hinterlands is called Jintha'Alor and it a sprawling city on many levels. Lenanrd joined us and we also saw RedWiz and invited him to join us. He was looking for an ancient egg that was in the city!



It took a long while to get the egg and also fight our way to Sharpbeak but we managed it! When Sharpbeak was released he called out and his Mum and Dad came to pick him up! It was great to see a special family reunion, Sharpbeak was very happy and they all flew off in the the distance!



Lennard created a portal to Stormwind and we all went through. Sweed, Lennard and I flew to the Hinterlands again to give in the Sharpbeak quest and then we HS to SW!

Day 61: 21_04_07

I flew to MH and took the boat to TH and flew to Gadgetzan. I rode to Un'Goro and decided to do a quest to scrap some kind of pollon stuff off the hive inside the Gorishi lair. I had to get to the hatchery and fill an empty vial with the stuff that I needed. It wasn't hard to find the Gorishi area and I went down into the liar. There was a series of tunnels running underground and I fought my way inside very slowly. I saw there was a blood elf in the tunnel obviously doing the same quest as me. I didn't help me very much at first but as we got closer to the hatchery we had to work together to stay alive. Hordes speak in Orcish so they can't understand you if you try to talk to them. We got to the hatchery and I got what I needed. We tried to make our way out but got mobbed by four Gorishi. I did my best to kill them but I died and the Blood Elf survived. I ressed at the graveyard and rode to Marshall's Refuge to hand in the vial there.

I waited until my ress sickness had worn off as I would have been useless in a fight if I hadn't of waited. I rode around Un'Goro looking for some equipment that had been abandoned at two research sites. I mamaged to collect what I needed and then I rode back to Marshall's Refuge. It was tough going again out there in the wilds of Un'Goro! I had to kill quite a few level 55 and I almost got mobbed quite a few times!

I travelled to the Hinterlands and decided to do an easy task. I had to find some bottles of port that had been lost and had washed up on a beach near the big waterfall to the east by the sea. It didn't take too long, the bottles were easy to find. The place is crawling with huge turtles but they dont attack you until you attack them so there was no monsters to challenge me during the bottle hunt. Once finished I travelled to Booty Bay to return the bottles to their owner, Whisky Slim!

I HS to SW and flew to Thelsamar and rode into the Badlands. I tried to kill whelps and low level black drakes, scorched guardians, to get a drakes heart in the North East but the drop was not forthcoming. I killed them for ages and then gave up and dumped the quest - a shame as the firery sword enchant would have been nice.

I travelled to Azshara and flew into the North of Felwood. I went into the tunnel in Felpaw Village and had to fight my way through the brown bears to get into WinterSpring. It wasn't too hard! It was nice to be visiting WinterSpring for the first time!

I found the town of EverLook and got the flight path there and then I searched through the mountains to try to find some light blue feathers that I needed for a quest. There are some high level monsters walking around in the snow there and so I had to be careful.

I got a pidgeon message from Lennard asking if I could meet him in the tunnel half way to Winterspring. I killed a few bears to get there and then we met and I took Lennard to EverLook so he could get the flight path too.

I flew to Darnassus to give in the feather quest and then I went to sleep in the Inn there

Sweed finds that his mug really is 'half empty'!

Today I worked on finishing up some quests. My bags were full of quest items and I was beginning to run out of space :( So as most of my quests to complete were in Un'Goro I went straight there. I bumped into Mosseman at the entrance to Un'Goro and we helped each other to complete a big dino quest :) We had to get meat and scent to cover the meat in and then use the creation as bait to interest the dangerous dino (lvl 55) into breaking cover and showing himself. He did appear rushing towards us and we managed to kill him very easily! Two warriors can kill a dino pretty quickly, unless it is DevilSaur of course :( We handed in the quest and then Mosse helped me to get some Dino bones. I HS to SW to work on my Alchemy and then later on in the evening I travelled back to Un'Goro.

Again I was on bag item clean up duty and finished the dino bones quest (very easy if you find the co-ords 33/77 in Un'Goro) and found a corpse of a huge dino with plenty of loose bones scattered around to pick up. I didn't need to kill any living dinos to get them, but the corpse was surrounded by Diemetradon's (at lvl 55). I worked on getting scales from Pterrordax (the flying dino's) in the south west (near the bones) and also in the North (near Marshall's refuge). There was a lot to kill and alot of scales to collect but I managed it quite quickly.

I levelled up. Ding Ding Ding Level 53!

I handed in the quests in Marshall's Refuge and then flew to Gadgetzan and rode to ZulFarrak. I joined a group with Irishfin, Azorit, Hanlika and Sweed. I was interested in helping Sweed to get the quest 'Saving SharpBeak' so that we could work together on it. Poor SharpBeak he must be in a real state by now, he wasn't looking too great the last time we saw him locked in his cage :(

Sweed came with me to Un'Goro. We fought our way into the ape's cave and repaired the Mechanical Gorilla Ame01 and escorted it back to the dwarf girl who was really happy!

I accidentally mobbed 5 raptors :( It was hard work but we got them!

Today my main activities were in Uldaman apart from some alchemy work.

I joined a group of Guildies, IrishFin, Kaye, Eva and Gopo into Uldaman. We spent a lot of time in Uldaman working towards the boss. After a few difficulties Gopo ran off as he wanted to ask his brother Gogu to help us. Gogu arrived and we continued on. Gogu did a very good job of keeping us alive as we fought the monsters of Uldaman.

We got to the big boss and fought him. We managed to defeat him and so that was great!

After the boss we went to help the guildies complete some quests in the entrance of Uldaman by the dig sites and everyone got the quests completed that they wanted to do.

I was feeling sleepy so I HS to SW.

When I woke up and walked around the streets of SW searching for some breakfast I bumped into some guildies. They told me that Krisha had been found and that he had made Lennard Guild Master and had appointed new officers. It was good news to see that the guild had new direction as the exiles really felt like they were in exile with no leadership. I woked on some alchemy and then around lunchtime I was chewing on a chunk of Alterac Chedder in the Guilded Rose and I talked to Lennard. I said I would like to help and Lennard made me an Officer of the Exiles - Hooray!

I met Sweed and we flew to the Hinterlands and made our way to the beach near the waterfall. I was going to show Sweed where the big turtle Gammerita was so that he could use the strange devise to make a representation of the turtle also - it looks like this gnome invention is catching on - must just be a fad! We found the turtle but it was dead - Sweed seemed interested in taking a picture of it regardless! We farmed the turtles on the beach for awhile as Sweed wanted their scales.

We travelled to Darnassus and then on to FeatherMoon Stronghold to give in some quests. It took a long time as the Gryphons seem to be flying the scenic routes nowadays, they are rare to fly in a straight line from one place to another - I have no idea whats going on!

We took the boat over to main land Feralas and found the yeti's in Rage Scar Hold and I helped Sweed to get all the pelts he needed. We killed pretty much all the Yeti's in the system of caves that ran through the mountains of Feralas.

We travelled to Un'Goro to Marshall's Refuge and rode to the cave of the Apes and fought our way to a mechanical robot gorilla that had been lost in the caves by a small girl dwarf. We found that the mechanical gorilla was damaged and that it would need a mithril casing to be repaired. We would have to come back later to help the gorilla out! We explored the caves and killed the gorilla boss U'cha (lvl 55)

Day 57: 17_04_07

I travelled to Nethergarde Keep in the Blasted Lands I had a warrior quest to kill 7 Hell Boars which wasn't going to be particularly easy. I killed a few and levelled up, Ding Ding Ding Level 52! It was good to get to 52 - maybe it will take me a few weeks to get to Outland ;) A good location for the Hell Boars is 47/34 (tons of them there)

As I was wandering around I found the Dark Portal by mistake! It is quite impressive. I remember the tales that the bards in SW used to sing about when the portal activated again and thousands of people flocked to the site. I could imagine the crater that the portal sits in teaming with people and loads of warriors rushing into the swirling vortex. I went up to the portal but I couldn't enter, there was a strict looking guard there watching me just in case I tried to make a run towards it! I had a look around the tents and makeshift constructions in the crater and then I left trying to avoid the monsters that were prowling around the outside of the crater!

I took the finished quest back to the Fallen Hero of the Horde (on the road to the Swamp of Sorrows - north of the Blasted Lands). Then I travelled to the Hinterlands and used a strange gnome device to make what looked like an image of a turtle that I had to point it at! What wierd devices will those crazy gnomes invent next. I think this device will not catch on! When I used the device the turtle (called Gammerita - lvl 48 elite) turned nasty and attacked me - so I had to kill it ;) It had a blue body and a white shell and was on the beach near the waterfall just north of a horde village.

I HS to SW and spent some time working on my Alchemy skills and then I travelled to Darnassus and went to the Craftman's Terrace to learn 'Expert' Alchemy ;) I flew to Feralas and started to kill some Rage Scar Yetis (51/30 - near Twin Collosals) The yeti's had huge beards and they seemed to be itching them constantly - perhaps that was why they were angrier and more deadly that the batch of Yetis I killed the other day!

I flew to Un'Goro and went on a quest to find RINGO was was lost at Fire Plume volcano in the middle of Un'Goro. I found him passed out in a cave on the East side of the volcano and splashed him with water to wake him up. I had to help him get back to Marshall's Refuge. It was easy and only too 10 minutes and I avoided any mobs on the way so no fighting. RINGO kept passing on during the trip so I splashed him with water each time to keep him going - he kept asking me if I was carry him, but I told him not to be so lazy - I didn't take too much pity on him, he was stupid enough to go looking around the volcano on his own!

After I returned RINGO to Spragle Frock I went to kill small flying dinosaurs and then focused on killing Un'Goro apes for their pelts. I had some trouble in the cave and couldn't manage to get to the difficult thunderer apes. After a few visits to the graveyard I ressed and HS to SW.

I have a new pet! A mechanical squirrel. I bought it from a dwarf called BoneKeeper who was selling them in SW. I like the squirrel very much. My favourite pets are Mechanical Squirrel and SnowShoe Rabbit ;) They like to come with me as I am questing :)
