Day 76: 06_05_07

I travelled to Un'Goro to meet Sweed. He showed me the way to Silithus where Lennard and Eva were waiting. I got a flight path into Silithus and so I can go there easily now as the path through the mountains is quite a hard one to find. We started to get to work in Silithus, Lennard and Eva and Sweed had already been working on some things there. It was the first time we had all been to Silithus. It is an interesting if not slighty un-nerving place! First we went to kill a huge scorpion that had been terrorising the area, it was a little tough but was beaten!

We then rode around looking for an area to find some 'twilight tablets' - these where purple glowing engraved stone that were partially buried in the sand of Silithus. There were alot of beasts around and we often had quite a fight on our hands when 3 or 4 attacked at the same time! We all collected 8 tablets each and we were joined by Oisin. It was nice to see Oisin as it had been many months since I had seen him from a distance near Lordamere Lake.

We took the tablets to Ortell's Hideout - Ortell seemed pleased enough! He wasn't much for talking, deserters who live on their own in dingy caves in the mountains never are! Ortell wanted us to rescue three Lexicons that were in the possesion of baddies in three camps in different locations in Silithus. Sweed did a very good job of navigating everyone to each of the camps and then we had to fight the baddies until we recovered the Lexicon's.

Ding Ding Ding Level 57 ;) Whoa! Up to Level 57 already! Getting ever closer to going through the Dark Portal now Whoo Hoooo! I looking forward to seeing what is out there!

Each camp was hard and the baddies were strong (lvl 60+) but we managed to recover the thick colourful books! Once we had the lexicons they were returned to the main town in Silithus at Ortell's request. It was good to be back amongst the elven guards in Cenerion Point!

Sweed HS to SW to spend his money in the Auction House. I flew to Felwood with Oisin and helped him to escort a huge tree monster to safety through many bad evil-looking trees that wanted him dead. He looked like he could take care of himself but he certainly wanted our help. It wasn't too hard to get him to safety!

That's one big tree beast! I hope he looks where he is going and doesn't flatten anyone!

I travelled back to Silithus and the group met up again. We rode to a camp and started to kill baddies to see if they would drop 'enchanted texts'. It was slow going but we managed to get some. Oisin decided that he needed to sleep and he HS. Mwihaki joined us and we continued on until we had all collected all the texts that we needed. It was a very hard quest because of the time it took and we did have some challenges of too many baddies overwhelming us at times.

We all HS and I went to sleep in the Guilded Rose in SW.

Day 75: 05_05_07

Today was the big Guild officers meeting. Lennard, Mwihaki, Evanessence, Treowe and myself. We were missing Ravencroft and Ignis. The meeting lasted 2 1/2 hours! We talked about many guild related things ;) Guildies will see that there has been changes to the ranking system!

After the meeting Myself, Treowe, Eva, Sweed and Areldritch grouped up for Sunken Temple in the Swamp of Sorrows. We did very well and completed some of our class quests. There were some pretty intense fights one of which went on for minutes as what seemed like waves and waves of baddies attacked us!

After a while we HS to SW and Arel, Eva and Tre went to sleep. Sweed and I flew to ChillWind Point in Western Plaguelands to give in some quests. We went to find Marlene Redpath to tell her about Pamela having died and becoming a ghost. It was shocking to find that Auntie Marlene was also a ghost too!

We flew to Nethergarde Keep and rode to the entrance to the Swamp of Sorrows. I gave my warrior quest into the Fallen Hero of the Horde and chose a reward of new armoured shoulderguards. We killed some scorpions in the Blasted Lands for a short while and then HS to SW to sleep -_- ZZZZZzzzzz

Day 74: 04_05_07

I was determined to make the most of my questing today and gain as much experience as I could, Outlands is looming closer and I am so close to level 58 I can taste it ;) Not far to go now! It will be very interesting to see the places beyond the dark portal but I still have many places in the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor that I have not seen at all yet!

I traveled to Theramore and flew by Gryphon to Astanaar in Ashenvale and rode into Felwood. I wanted to complete a quest in the south west of Felwood called 'TimberMaw Alley' I will get a neutral rep with the tunnel bears even if I die trying lol ;) There was a load of bears considered to be enemies of the tunnel bears in the south west and my job was exterminate aload of them (exterminate, exterminate lol!) I killed pathfinders, gardeners and warriors. I helped a dwarf to kill the TimberMaw bears leader, 'Overlord Ror' (lvl 51) He was tanking 5 bears with his pet and I thought I better help as the pet would die otherwise.

I HS to SW after I had completed and handed in the quest. I met Lennard in SW, he was getting together a group to go into Black Rock Depths. I was interested to go into BRD again after going there with PaulD and Archimedes a few days earlier. We formed a group, myself, Lennard, Sheda and Azorit. Lennard and I flew to Morgan's Veil in the Burning Steppes and rode to BRD. Azorit was close to BRD and so he was there very soon. Once we were there we summoned Sheda and and Azorit through the summoning stone. Another group member, Maddman arrived in about 5 minutes and then we were ready to go :)

It was lots of fun in BRD and we did quite well, we completed all the areas that I had done the other night and also advanced into another area too. We fought and beat 'Ambassador Flamelash' and then into a huge room with hundreds of dwarf mobs, it was extremely difficult. Azorit had to ress a few of us a few times ;)

Sheda HS to sleep and stayed in BRD a bit longer. We then all ressed and then HS to SW. We all flew to the Western Plaguelands to help Azorit with some quests. Then we all went into Eastern Plaguelands to go to Darrowshire to find Sister Pamela Redpath who turned out to be a little girl ghost. We had to find the parts of her doll and put them together. We told her uncle about her fate also, we had a problem with two huge stitch creatures on the way to the flight path, they wouldnt leave us alone!

Do all Level 70 players wear glasses? I don't understand? Is it a fashion in Outland?

Azorit HS to sleep and Lennard created a portal to Darnassus. From Rutheran Village we flew into North Felwood. We rode south to Jadanear and Madd helped Lenn and myself to complete the ShadowHold Brazier quest and a quest to release a trapped female elf, they seemed to get distracted my the elf and I had to slap them around a bit to keep them focused! After the quests were handed in Lennard levelled up to lvl 56. We all HS to SW and I went to sleep.

It was a very productive time and I gained 100,000 xp - WOW! That is the most I have gained in one day! Hooray! Soon to Outland I think :)

Day 72: 02_05_07

I travelled to Felwood and met up with Sweed. We wanted to continue working on Felwood quests as there are quite a few to be done. We first did the 'deadwood' bears quest and while Sweed completed the quest I did from the night before I collect the feathers from the bears necklaces - the feathers were wanted by Nafien (a bear near the 'bear tunnel') There are many bears in the area that are very human like - they are wierd and they don't like cheese!!!

The bears proved to be much tougher than the other night and hard competition. After the bears we rode to the North West to take on the JadeFire's in another location of theirs. We worked hard to kill as many as we could. Sweed decided to go to sleep so he HS to SW.

I continued on and killed 2 or 3 more Jadefire's and that was enough to gain me enough experience for Level 56 - Ding Ding Ding Level 56! Level 58 is coming ever closer, I am
looking forward to going through the Dark Portal to see what is on the other side!

These dragons are surely genetically modified - there are a few around SW at the moment! This one looked like a cross between a dragon and a mermaid - very very wierd!

Day 71: 01_05_07

Thats an interesting looking pet - I never seen a pet dragon that big before!!!

An interesting and productive day. I travelled to Un'Goro as I had heard that Sweed had joined a group of guildies in Zul Farrak. I had to find 10 samples of pure oozes to collect into some jars, apparantly Un'Goro was the place to look. the oozes were rare and perhaps that is why they were more pure than the average ooze. I hate oozes and none of them are pure to me ;) The oozes could be found all over Un'Goro, it took longer riding around to find them then to kill them and get the samples I needed - I often had to avoid a devilsaur who was out hunting his nightly snack! They are freaky beasts and always very silent but deadly ;)

I flew to Felwood and met Sweed there. We had about four quests to work on so we tried to do as many as we could. The biggest quest was to kill Jadfire's and their leader Xavathras (lvl 54) it wasnt too challenging apart from we when we fought 3 at once! We killed Shadowstalkers and Felsworn. To complete the quests we rode to Emerald Sanctuary and Sweed HS to sleep.

I continued on to Felpaw Village and fought baddy bears! There was a lot to kill but it didnt take too long (I got a little help from a friendly tauren on the way) The deadwood bears were all killed and I returned to Grazie to give in the quest near the entrance to the bear tunnel to WinterSpring and MoonGlade, I think there are different groups of bears who don't like each other and that is why he wanted the other lot exterminating. I decided to fight my way to the Winterspring side of the tunnel to hand in another quest but it wasnt worth the time it took.

I HS to SW and went to sleep ;)

It was a quiet day and I didnt do much questing as I was a little tired. Firstly I flew to Felwood as I had to beat a load of squidy oozes and gather 12 bottles of ooze for a Dwarf in IF. I can't imagine what he wanted with the stuff, it is all gloopy and it stinks! Worse than Sooper ;) We still havn't seen the Little Fella for weeks :( We are missing him and his trade-mark whiff!

While I was in Felwood I went to Jadeaner. I wanted to complete a quest to put out four magic braziers but they were in an underground complex there was guarded by some instanely tough guards. In the first room of the complex there were two Fel Hounds, I put an arrow in one and ran back up the tunnel hoping that I hadn't aggroed them both. I whirled around and found them both almost on top of me blocking the tunnel solid. I hit them with everything that I had and managed to destroy them but it was a worrying fight!

I gave up on Jadeaner and flew to Un'Goro. I helped Sweed with his Un'Goro quests and handed in a quest in IronForge before sleeping in SW.
