Day 42: 03_04_07
I decided to travel to IronForge first today as I wanted to give a donation of silk cloth and mageweave cloth (60 of each) so that I could increase my reputation with the dwarves - it seemed to work and the donation was appreciated :)
I travelled to Auberdine in Kalimdor and flew to Teldrassil. I went through the magical portal to Darnassus. I handed in a quest to an elf in an tower and received a further quest to go to Un Goro Crater to find some soil samples! He must be crazy there are so big beasts out there and he expects me to go around putting soil into bags!!!!!
I went back to Auberdine and too a boat to AzureMyst Isle. I had never been there before. I went into the Draenei City of Exodar! It was very big and colourful. It was a very interesting place. I decided to cut my visit short as I wanted to meet Sweed, Areldrich, Necroslayer and Cristyl as we would be going to Mauradon in the Desolace. We all had limited knowledge of the place and most of us had never been inside but we wanted to see what it was like.
Sweed, Areldrich and I summoned Cristyl and NecroSlayer from the stone outside Mauradon and we all went inside. It was pretty tough but went well as we had three good paladins with us.
We fought into Mauradon along way but it was so big.

We did find Lord Vyltongue one of the big bosses and managed to kill him but it was pretty hard (47 Elite) especially as there were shadowy protectors around him. We also fought another boss later on that we thought would give a quest item but after fighting through a lot of enemies to get to him on a little island we didnt get what we wanted. After jumping down a wall fall and running through a water logged area we got mobbed by a large number of hyrda and died.
We all ressed at the spirit healer, apart from Necro, and Areldrich made a portal for us to get back to SW. It had been a long and busy day of questing so it was time to sleep!

Day 41: 02_04_07
I met up with Sooper pretty fast in the streets of SW and we took the tram to IF. In IF we went to the auction house and Sooper bought me a pair of Mithril Spurs and attached them too my boots. Now I have the spurs I can make my horse go faster ;) Sweed joined us and Sooper helped him to get some spurs too :)
We travelled to Gadgetzan (by the all too familiar route!) and went back to the pirates area. We spent a great deal of time there working on many quests and killing many pirates. I got three map pieces and put them together to reveal a treasure map! Hooray! We completed the pirate hats quests and wiped out pretty much all the pirates in the small town by the docks.
Sooper said he was tired but we persuaded him to look around the caverns of time before he went to sleep and he was pretty amazed! It is so relaxing in there. It was good to see it again!
Sooper went to back and Sweed and I continued questing.
We called Andre FireBeard - a pirate leader and also another baddy that was wanted called Calip Scorpidsting. It was pretty easy going and we had the quests completed in very little time. Sweed wanted to farm something off some turtles and I wanted to go to Booty Bay to hand in some quests before sleeping. I travelled to Booty bay which was a long way off and handed in the quests. I quickly killed a few more gorillas and nagas and then I levelled up!

Day 40: 01_04_07
When I woke up today and went out into the streets I was very surprised to hear a rumour that the FellowShip of the Dragon (the guild I am in) had been disbanded. It seemed that there had been some kind of falling out between the guild founders and the guild had been dissolved. I wandered around for awhile in a strange kind of shock! I had been in the guild for along time!
Then I saw the friendly helmeted face of Sooper! He told me about the guild and all about all the gossip! It seemed the guild was well and truely finished with no ressurection in its previous form. I saw that he was part of a new guild called 'Exiles' He told me that some of the old members of the Fellowship has got together and formed a new guild! Exiles was quite an ironic name! PaulDavid rode past and called out whether I wanted to join the new guild and I said I would like too. I am now a member of Exiles. The guild is smallish now, not over 250 members like before but just over 40! Only higher levels allowed it seems! I think that it will take me some time to adjust to the new scenario. It seemed as I talked to more people that there was still some tension and hostility arising within the members of Exiles - perhaps everyone was still in shock from the change that had taken place! It was good to see that so many familiar people were still in the guild!
The tabbard has changed and so I had get a new one! The exiles one is ok and I like the colour better but the guild icon is not as good as before - dragons are the coolest after all - apart from perhaps a tabbaard with a picture of Sooper's face on it with him giving a thumbs up!!!!!
Sooper wanted to go into Scarlet Monastry as did I but it was hard to find a group. Sooper found me a place in MageDraenei's group and he said he would join as a sixth member and the group would become a raid group. I followed Sooper as we rode to SM and we had to go a bad way with many dangerous baddies on the road. I got lost and Sooper went back to find me and got killed :( Eventually after he ressed we met up at SM. Unfortunatley raid groups aren't permitted inside SM and so Sooper couldn't join. He rode off to do other things and I went into SM with MageDraenei's group. It wasn't the best of groups consisting of 4 mages and me (warrior) - no healer is not a good move and we failed to get into the main monastry building. Everyone gave up and the mage's made a portal back to SW and left. I tried to get further on my own but I couldn't do it. I HS to SW.
I joined Sooper on an esasy quest to get Sooper the Seal of Wrynn - a ring with magical properties. I had completed the quest a few months ago and so I could easily help Sooper with the quest. He was presented his ring by King, as was I, he seemed pretty happy about it!

We flew to Menethil Harbor and took a boat to Theramore and flew to Gadgetzan. We travelled south to the mountains to relocate the crashed homing robot. We repaired and then escorted it back to SteamWheedle Port. The crazy chicken robot kept attacking all the beasts on the way so it was a relatively tough job to keep it and ourselves alive! But we got the chicken back home!
We went to the South East to kill pirates and get their hats ;) We killed them for awhile until Sooper got mobbed by a large group of 7 or 8 pirates that I had accidentally agro'ed. I killed them all and then ran towards the graveyard to look for Sooper I found him and then we saw Sweed riding in our direction. We waved at him. He told us that PaulDavid and Cristyl were waiting for us outside the entrance to Zul Farrak and that we were all going to go back in there to get Sooper his 'Carrot on a Stick!" from Gahr'Zilla!
We went into ZF and had a relatively easy time of it - Pauldavid is strong and also having two paladins to heal was very good indeed and we hardly lost any health at all :) We killed many trolls and scarabs and worked towards the location of Gahr'Zilla. When we got there we hit the gong with the Mallet of Zul Farrak and Gahr'Zilla appeared. It wasn't too hard to kill him but I did get thrown around a bit! It was good to kill the beast so that Sooper could complete the quest for the trinket!
As we rode out we got into a spot of trouble and ended up in a room full of trolls and scarabs. Repeatedly using ThunderClap made sure that the scarabs were pretty upset and there was a huge mob attacking the group - we all died! I ressed at the graveyard and met up with Sweed and Pauldavid. Paul took us to see the amazing ' Caverns of Time' (see my next entry!)

Day 39: 31_03_07
I woke up in SW - what a relief after sleeping in different places over the last few days.
I started my day with mining in Elwyn Forest and the surrounding area. Then I spent some time in the Auction House and the bank trying to sell some raw materials such as leather and silk. I have had a few sales so that is good news :)

I bumped into Sweed in the early afternoon and we joined up with Cristyl, Madmann and Sooper as a group for Zul Farrak. I flew to BootyBay in STV and took the boat to Ratchet with Sweed - then we flew to Gadgetzan and rode into Zul Farrak.
Inside ZF we killed scarabs and trolls. Also bosses like the Hydromancer and Valratha (for the Tiara of the Deep). We also fought on the altar steps again but this time we assisted the fighters we released from the cages and battled down the altar stairs together to the bottom. All the trolls were beaten but then the fighers turned on us - we won! We completed two quests!
Ding Ding Ding Lvl 47 - I am looking forward to getting to level 50 - surely not long now!
We all hearthed stoned out of ZF as we couldnt complete the 'Carrot on a Stick' quest. As we needed the Mallet of Zul Farrak.
Later I met up with Sweed and Sooper again, Maddman and Areldrich we went to the hinterlands and to the Altar of Zul - we could easily kill the trolls at the top of the altar with a strong group. We got the sacred mallet. We found the second altar at the troll city of Jintha 'Alor but it took some doing to find it. There were some very strong trolls inside. At one point a took a potion to turn me into a giant to try and win a fight but it didnt work but it was funny to be big.
At the altar we managed to change our sacred mallets into the mallet of Zul Farrak but then we were attacked by a group of horde baddies and died - but luckily we got the mallet before we got killed! We all ressed and HS to SW. Sweed and Sooper went to eat in the inn and Madd and Areldrich left - we said we would meet up in two hours to go into Zul Farrak!
I flew to the Hinterlands to grind monsters and hand in quests. I also went to Dust Wallow Marsh to find Tabetha's house and hand in the Tiara of the Deep quest - it was just as hard to find as before - I found a crashed airship which was interesting!
I went to the shimmering flats in Tanaris to the raceway to get the Gahr'Zilla quest from Wizzle Brassbolts (77/77) He will give a 'carrot on a stick' to make your mount go 3% faster if you bring him the electrified scale from the monster Gahr'Zilla who is found in ZF.
I also flew to Nethergarde Keep in the Blasted Lands to give in a quest.
I met up with Sweed and Sooper again. We found that Maddman hadnt wanted to wait and had already gone into ZF and Areldrich was busy so we looked around and found a lvl 49 warrior who wanted to go into ZF, called Sedanak - he also asked his friend along called Warped.
I met up with Sedanak in Gadgetzan and we summoned the others through the Summoning Stone outside ZF. Sedanak wanted to get the Divinomatic Rod and we wanted to get Carrot on a Stick. We started a little slow but soon got into a rhythm and were managing to get through ZF pretty well with little trouble apart from getting turned into frogs :(
We got to Gahr'Zilla's pool and I banged the gong using the mallet of Zul Farrak. We fought Gahr'Zilla and lost but then tried again and won! He's quite a beast and kept shooting us up into the air!
Sedenak didnt manage to get the rod but we did kill the Hydromancer. We all leave ZF and I practiced killing elite trolls outside with Sed. Everyone apart from Sooper went to sleep and I rode back to the Shimmering Flats to get Carrot on a Stick! Hooray it was a good days work!

Things to do in the hinterlands when your dead!
Sweed was very tired so he went to sleep -_-
I flew to the Badlands (Nethergarde Keep) and handed in a quest. I heard there was a group looking for an extra member for a trip into Zul Farrak. I was interested to go there as it would be my first try there. I agreed to join the group and they summoned me. One of the group members was from the guild, NiteStar, the others were, darkmiss, mancdancer and horeme. We worked through ZF and killed many trolls - there were so quite high lvls. We killed a boss, Theka the Master (lvl 45 elite) and killed scarabs.
We got to an altar and released some caged fighters - they took on some troll warriors and most died - we joined the survivor and tried to battle the seemingly never ending waves of trolls flooding up the altar steps and died. I left ZF and rode to Gadgetzan and got summoned to join a low level group in Uldaman - that only lasted about 15 / 20 mins. One person left the group and so I came out of Uldaman too as it was getting very late. I flew from Thelsamar back to SW so that I could sleep at the guilded rose.
