Special: Golden Gryphon

My very own Golden Gryphon :D Hooray I bought by riding skill and gryphon for 900 gold as soon as I levelled up to level 70 today :) Wooo Hooooooooooooooooooo! It can fly so high above the clouds and makes questing so much easier :D The golden gryphon is my favourite of the three gryphon choices, better than snowy or ebony :D

Day 128: 27_06_07

Hooray Level 70 :D It took many months of questing to reach the ultimate level but I managed it in the end :) It is very good news. I have reached my goal but there is still much to do. My new goals might be to get a netherdrake and to been Illidian in Black Temple :D

I did a few more quests in Netherstorm and Blade Edge Mountains to make the final XP I needed to level to 70 :D Now I will not need to prove myself any more and can concentrate on making bigger money rewards from future quests :D

I also helped a group take on a huge lvl 69 elite Fel Reaver and we won :D Hooray!!!

I did some quests around the gnome area: Toshley's Station :D It's a colourful and fun place with lots of wierd gnome inventions! Arel helped me with about 7 quests in this area :D There were some easy quests and some tough ones too.

I got fired into the air by a wierd Gnome device - Wheeee!

Today I also explored Netherstorm a little :D It's an amazing place and a little scary too T_T

There are lots of things to see there. Lighting explodes across the sky with scary regularly. There are little biospheres that contain lush jungle amid the barren landscape!

Day 126: 25_06_07

The 5 star Aldors Inn in Shattrath City - Soft Beds and Tasty Food :D I still stay at The Guilded Rose in SW sometimes! I remember the days when I was cleaning Dwarf Vomit off the floors of the inn in Goldshire for a few cooper and now I am almost a level 70 Warrior with over 1000 gold pieces who will be purchasing a flying gryphon mount soon :D Things have certainly changed for the better but not without a lot of hard work!!!

I had some help from Avandar to kill some Ogre Lords in BladeRidge Mountains :D

I tried to help Sooper to kill some tough baddies in Blasted Lands - we got our bottoms kicked! Konaur and Mwihaki came to help us beat the devil and undead horseman :D

Day 125: 24_06_07

I did some quests in Shadowmoon Valley it is a very tough place and bumped into some dubious dudes in Warhammer Stronghold. I have a flight path there and also there is where I will eventually buy my gryphon at Level 70 :D Hope not too long now! I did a lot of work in the Auction House earlier and after a tailoring pattern sold for 66 gold (a record for an auction house sale for me) I had over 1000 gold :D I can buy my gryphon as soon as I level to 70 so I am very excited about that :D I think that I am going to stay out of ShadowMoon Valley for a while though as it is particularly tough in some areas T_T

I Hsed to Shattrath and flew to the Dark Portal and rode to Nethergarde Keep. I met up with Soop there and he showed me his new elite Brown Ram mount :D It is pretty cute :D

I helped Soop with some quests around Blasted Lands - we killed a level 58 elite ogre quite easily :D I rang the bell of Barov and some fighting folks came to my aid for awhile! It is good to have a change from Shadowmoon Valley :D Blasted Lands is depressing but not as much as Shadowmoon :D Mwihaki and Konaur helped us to finish off a hard quest to kill a devil monster and an undead horseman at the top of a mountain peak :D

Special: Zepplin Tower Raid - BRILL :D

Lenn, Soop, Arel and Myself plus an Elf that showed up tried to fight our way onto the Horde Zepplin at the Zepplin Tower in Brill in Trisifal Glades :D Was a tough time but we eventually snuck our way onto the Zepplins and took a few free flights to Origrimmer in StranglethornVale and back. When I was on the Zepplin I saw an undead horde get on he was quite shocked!

Day 119: 18_06_07

I immediately joined a group to Scholomance in Western Plaguelands. Our group was Azorit, Eva, Rolyma, Arel and myself :D I hadn't been to Scholo before so I was interested to see it.

After alot of fighting, especially of hundreds of ghosts in a room full of skulls, we beat the elite boss and Azo completed an important part of his quest for an epic Paladin mount :D

We spent ages trying to find the laboratory for rolyma and eva's quest but we did in the end and the quest was completed :D

We worked on a quest to collect four land deeds - the Barov Family Fortune but there was some tough opposition but we managed to do it :D

After Scholomance Arel portalled us to SW and then I flew to Chillwind Point. I gave in the quest and then I HSed to Shattrath and flew to Nagrand. I worked on farming qs until the sun sunk behind the mountains and I rode to Telaar to the inn :D

Day 118: 17_06_07

Today I started my questing in Nagrand. There is a large number of quests to do here and many of them are 'farming' type quests that are just about grinding away. I killed some Windroc owls and some more Stags and had to go around bagging up some poop that had been dropped around the lake to the north. The crazy quest giver said that the poop might contain rare bean deposits and they wanted the bean deposits for something :( It was a smelly quest and not one of my favourites but good money and some experience too :D So that is great :D

I changed to my two handed (70dps) sword during the farming to try to speed things up - these stags sure are tough T_T I hope that I can kill 30 of them quite quick :D I got 26 and then I decided to give up for awhile. I HS to Shattrath and then flew to Telrador in ZangarMarsh. I bumped into Arel who was sitting on a small mushroom stool. We rode to Sporeggar to find 10 mature spore sacks :D I helped Arel with a few more quests then Arel opened a portal to Darnassus. We had received a pidgeon message from Azorit asking for help in Feralas.

There was time for Arel to change into his fishing gear and a spot of light fishing before the trip to Dire Maul :D

We flew to Feathermoon Stronghold and took the boat to the mainland and met Azo. We went into DireMaul - Azo wanted to kill a big enemy there. We got to the enemy easily but it was not going to be easy to kill the boss and we failed. Azo went to sleep and then after Arel made me a portal to outlands he went to sleep too. I returned to Nagrand and continued farming there in an effort to finish off some quests :D

I levelled up - DING DING DING Level 68 :D Things are going well :)

Special: Flying on a Netherdrake

My first time riding on a Netherdrake :D It was just a spying mission over Nagrand but it was fun to ride on one of the best flying mounts ;) Maybe one day I will have a Netherdrake :D

Day 117: 16_06_07

I spent quite a lot of time in Nagrand today working on some easy quests. Then I met up with Lennard who helped me to do loads of quests. Lennard has reached level 70 now! I am hoping to get to level 70 soon :D We grouped with Mwi to do some harder quests and got two groups together to beat a huge monster in the countryside just outside Telaar.

Then we did some more quests just me and Lenn including the trampolining onto the nest quest and fighting the huge owl mother :D Then we joined Matq and Krat to do many quests some with quite tough enemies too! We did some around Nagrand then to Shattrath and then back to Nagrand again :D Then to destroy the forge camps Hate and Fear and to kill the Overseers :D

Matq looks wierd riding around on that! Whats a gnome doing with an Elekk Mount???

Day 116: 15_06_07

Today I woke up in Telaar in Nagrand. It is one of my favourite places, perfect for a summer's day picnic! It is so natural and is a much more positive place compared to Hellfire Peninsular or Eastern Plagulands - perhaps Nagrand is one of Azeroth's last unspoil natural beauties. Where there is evidence of some evil spreading here but it hasn't effected the environment much yet so best to enjoy it while we can. Although many of my quests here aren't doing too much to the ecosystems as I am tasked to kill stags and bulls and many of Nagrand's natural animal resources!!!

I Hsed to Shattrath and spent some time sorting my bags and selling old things. I almost emptied my bank, gold levels are rising - I am looking forward to getting my gryphon hopefully at level 70 :D I grouped up with Longbeard, Bolding, Inez and StrongBlade in Honor Hold and we went to Hellfire Ramparts. StrongBlade gave up very earlier and so everyone decided that we couldn't make it with four so we rode back to Honor Hold. Everyone came to help me kill Terokkarantula, the huge spider in Netherweb Ridge to the east of Bone Waste.

My new friend 'Glip' he's Arel's little gnome brother :D

Longbeard and myself went back to Nagrand did some quests around there. One of the hardest quests was to kill an encampment of Ogres and their boss :(

It was fun questing as usual. I made a lot of money and got a lot of XP today. I am saving for my gryphon at level 70 it will cost 900 gold and I have 530 gold now (looking good!) Before bedtime I flew to Hellfire Peninsular to help Soop with some of his quests!

Today I levelled to 67 :D Hooray! I worked hard but it is not easy to get the experience I need now as there is so much to do to get it but I am doing my best! Check out some of the dresses that I have found or bought in the AH :D The latest fashions from the tailor's in Stormwind!

However, while the outfits are good for weddings or for around SW they are not good for fighting so I think I prefer my combat gear :D

Day 110: 09_06_07

I spent a lot of time today in the Bone Waste at the south of Trekkor forest. Plenty of requests for help from the people gathered around the broken down refugee caravan which now seems to have become somekind of gathering post! The beast pulling their caravan seems to have died and well they are just complaining about a lot of stuff and asking me to solve their problems! Still its good money as some good trinkets!

I did some quests in Trekkor forest with Azorit. I got a pidgeon message from Inos asking to form a group to tackle Underbog in ZangarMarsh. The group was Inos, Me, Ostat, Matq and Azorit. We didnt get too far just as far as the first boss and it was so far five of us couldnt kill him. He did like to throw poisonous mushrooms at us though.

In the evening as the light began to fall and the Underbog had been abandoned I quested on my own in the top Northern -most part of Zangarmarsh. Some ogres had built a home on a floating rock island in a crevasse with a huge mushroom bridge. A quest to kill the ogre Overlord and bring back some stolen boxes of mushrooms!!!

And DING DING DING Lvl 66 - Hooray - can almost smell Level 70 :D

Day 108: 07_06_07

I woke up in Shattrath and travelled into Treokkar Forest. I investigated Tuurem to find a missing box, there were a lot of bad monsters around protecting the box but I got it ;) I didn't wanna open the box though when I got it - curiousity killed the cat! I handed in the quest to a wandering elf and got a cloak :D Thank you Mr Elf, but I am sure that the contents of the box must have been worth more than a cloak (eventhough it it is particularly nice cloak) I next had to go to Veil Skith to purify a holy stone! The Tomb of Lights next to kill Plunderers and Nethermancers in the Bone Waste close to Allerian Stronghold. I met up with Azorit at the the Refugee Caravan in Northern BoneWaste I was collecting bones in the area - we teamed up to kill spirits in Viel Rhaze to the West! Then buzzards! I went with Azo to kill an enemy at Veil Skith (seems like a place of much activity over the last few days)

A turtle mount is slow but cute awww so friendly and likes lettuce too Yummy :D

Azo left and I went to Shattrath to give in a quest then flew back to Allerian Stronghold and rode to Allerion point. I was given a quest at the encampment to go into FireWing Point to kill some blood elves ;) Quite a tough bunch of elves but I have my new shield and so I didnt find the elves too challenging to pick off one by one!

Day 107: 06_06_07

I have been having a break from my diary for just over a week! I was feeling tired in the evenings after questing and so I could bear to pick up my leather bound transcript. Lots
of quests in Zangar Marsh and in Trekkor Forest in the past week. I am saving for my gryphon flying mount. I aim to get it when I reach level 70! What once seemed like an unobtainable goal is getting closer and closer! I levelled up today as well Level 65! So that is very good news. It took some doing to get all the XP but I managed it with the help of some guildies like Sweed, Azorit and Areldrich and of course little Sooper ;)

In the evening as the light was thinning in Trekkor forest I continued questing. The most important quest was to free some children that had been kidnaped by some disgusting bird men. I freed 14 children so that was great news :D The rest of the evening was spent with Arel, Sweed and Soop collected gem poos that the stone giants had dropped all over Azshara T_T

We saw a big dragon walking around in Azshara - seemed friendly though :D
